These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between at77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the at77 website at https://at77.io and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment facilities.

By creating an account on at77, logging in to the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the at77 platform.

at77 is operated as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). References to "BDT" and the ৳ symbol throughout this Agreement both refer to Bangladeshi Taka.

To register and maintain an active account on at77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. at77 strictly does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, wager, or access any betting or casino service on the platform. This age requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by agents on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on at77. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances associated with duplicate accounts.

at77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during the account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. at77 will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Notifying at77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not sharing your OTP with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent at77.

at77 will treat any instruction, bet, or transaction made using valid login credentials as having been authorised by the registered account holder. at77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

You agree to keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and preferred payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) — up to date at all times. Outdated contact information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or the inability to complete identity verification.

All financial transactions on the at77 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). at77 does not operate a multi-currency wallet; there is no currency conversion step, and no conversion fee is charged on deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: at77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your at77 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, which is typically within seconds for mobile financial services. at77 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. at77 processes withdrawal requests promptly, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. All bets placed on the at77 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on at77:

• A bet is confirmed only once it has been accepted by the at77 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets shown as "pending" have not yet been confirmed and may be declined if odds change before confirmation.
• at77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error). Where an error in odds is identified after a bet has been accepted, at77 will notify the affected player and void the relevant bet, returning the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data from certified data providers. at77 accepts no liability for in-play bets placed based on information the player may have received ahead of the at77 platform's data feed (commonly referred to as "courtsiding" or "ahead of the game" betting).
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, the voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator will be recalculated accordingly.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. Specific limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. at77 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits where betting patterns suggest abuse of the platform or match-fixing activity.

Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test Championship, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — is subject to additional cricket-specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section. Players are advised to review those rules before placing cricket bets.

at77's casino offering — including live dealer tables and RNG (random number generator) slot games — is provided through certified third-party game studios. Games are sourced from providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game round will be completed by the game server according to the rules of the relevant game. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all at77 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed identity verification and hold an account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through separate accounts constitutes multi-accounting and is prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on the platform ("multi-accounting").
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the origin, ownership, or destination of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform's odds, game software, or payment systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the at77 sportsbook.
• Sharing or selling access to your at77 account with any third party.

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion measures.

All communications relating to your account — including balance statements, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional offers — will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting [email protected], but transactional communications necessary for account operation cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond at77's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: natural disasters, government action, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
• Losses arising from the outcome of any bet or casino game, which by their nature involve financial risk accepted by the player.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit at77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by at77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

at77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• At the request of the account holder via a self-exclusion or voluntary closure request.

On account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no investigation is ongoing.

at77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they alter your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — at77 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on the at77 website and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the at77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required by law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the at77 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. at77 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.
